Lanzoni technical funnels

Lanzoni funnels are made of high-performance technical material based on glass fiber reinforced polyamide, designed to ensure high mechanical strength, dimensional stability and long-term durability even under intensive use conditions.

The thread is integrated through a brass insert, a solution that prevents wear of the plastic material and ensures precise, reliable and repeatable closure over time.

The cap with mechanical safety system ensures stable closure during pressurized use, reducing the risk of accidental opening.

Technical note: the use of a brass insert in the thread eliminates one of the main weak points of plastic components, ensuring greater durability, coupling precision and long-term reliability.

Machines that keep working after many years

Some Lanzoni machines remain operational for many years. This image of a foamer from 2006 still in service is a good representation of the durability and solidity of our construction.

For this reason, alongside production we also offer a dedicated service for spare parts, component inspection and evaluation of possible refurbishment for older machines.
